Topic: “Parallel Design Patterns” Speaker: Edward Armstrong, SHARCNET Design patterns is a term in software engineering which refers to a reusable solution to recurring programming problems. They are not code and they are typically language independent. In this seminar we will examine a number models and designs that apply to parallel programming.
