Speaker: Weiguang Guan, SHARCNET The SVA (Scalable Visualization Array) is a HP visualization solution for scalable parallel visualization needs, and is available to all SHARCNET users. In this seminar we will demonstrate how to realize parallel visualizations on the SVA cluster using Paraview, an open source visualization application. Attendees will learn how to obtain an account on the SVA, launch Paraview remotely, and use various functions provided by Paraview to generate visualizations of interest. This is a valuable learning opportunity for researchers in any discipline with significant or extensive data visualization needs or interest. |
