SHARCNET maintains and supports a wide variety of software packages. This seminar aims to provide a summary of recent updates, some involving major changes to the software management and support process within SHARCNET. We’ll seek to cover:

  • General software policy, recent changes to software web/wiki usage page
  • Software mailing list archive for software package users to exchange ideas related to usage on SHARCNET systems
  • Software module commands to manage the software set-up in your environment
  • Recent changes and usage issues for specific packages such as MATLAB PCT, Gaussian, ADF, Python, etc.

The seminar should be beneficial for software users who would like to maximize their effective use of SHARCNET-maintained software.

It is highly recommended that you join the webinar a few minutes early to ensure you get your sound option sorted out before the meeting starts.
