Summer School 2014 - West

2014 Summer School (West) on high performance computing will be hosted at University of Waterloo from May 26 to 30. This five day summer school includes lectures and labs on programming distributed and multicore systems as well as scientific visualization. Attendees will learn how to program distributed memory systems--networked computers--known as “clusters”, shared memory multicore systems and GPUs. The attendees will also have a chance to have a review on the basics of computing and the technique and software packages for data visualization.
